A Florida woman is accused of asking a police officer what bond she would be placed under for hitting another woman — and then immediately doing so, authorities say.

Marina Goenaga Navarrete, 63, has been charged with aggravated battery on a person 65 years or older, jail records show. The alleged attack took place on Saturday evening.

An officer was dispatched to an unknown location in Miami just before 8 p.m. regarding "a dispute over stolen property," per an arrest report obtained by Law&Crime. The suspect, Navarrete, had apparently come to the location "to retrieve stolen shoes."
