A Prospect Park man is charged with performing a lewd act in his apartment complex’s laundry room.

Juwan K. White, 27, of the 900 block of 12th Street was charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness and disorderly conduct following an incident Friday.

According to the criminal complaint filed by Officer Kyle Gross:

Units responded to the apartment complex in the 900 block of 12th Street in response to a report that came in through a police tip line.

Officers spoke to a resident who had been taking out the trash at 8:43 a.m. when they saw their neighbor, identified as Juwan White. A few minutes later they were going toward the laundry room when they again saw White, without a shirt on and his pants down, stimulating himself.

When White saw his neighbor, he smiled.
