A petting zoo of pages stands out among the party offerings of Saturday’s Beats, Bites and Books Festival to celebrate 1,000 little free libraries across Greater Victoria.
The Placemaking Network’s Pocket Places Project, led by volunteer Teale Phelps Bondaroff, maps, promotes, stocks, and helps build the little libraries across the Capital Regional District. To date, the project has delivered more than 128,000 books.
