IRMO, S.C. (WIS) - Tuesday morning, firefighters responded to a house fire in Irmo.

Dutch Fork Fire crews said they responded to a call about a house fire at a home on Sweet Thorne Road off of Kennerly Road and found smoke coming from the home, with the roof on fire.

All residents of the home escaped before firefighters arrived, with one transported by Richland County EMS for smoke inhalation, the Columbia Fire Department said.

Columbia Fire Department, along with the Irmo Fire District, came to the home for assistance.

There were damages to the home, but no one was injured.
