As co-host of The Morning Zone on The Zone 91.3, Dylan Willows didn’t just make listeners laugh. He created community by championing Victoria’s music scene.
When Willows passed away from cancer in June of last year, his absence left a massive hole in the station, the city and the scene.

His longtime friend and colleague Pol Plastino had the heartbreaking job of announcing his passing on air. “We need to make an incredibly difficult and sad announcement,” Plastino told listeners June 6, 2024. “The beloved longtime host of the Morning Zone has passed away after his battle with cancer.”
