CAMERON, Mo. (KCTV) - A missing persons case that turned into a murder investigation in Oklahoma may soon come to an end after a Missouri inmate admitted that he and his wife got away with the crime.

Clinton County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Thursday, Sept. 18, indicate that Penny K. Larson, 40, of Cameron, has been arrested for a murder she allegedly committed in Oklahoma in 2014.

An affidavit filed by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation revealed that on March 21, 2014, Dustin R. Carver was reported missing by his girlfriend.

Investigators noted that Carver was last seen on March 3, when he was picked up by James Larson and Bradley Majors around 10:3
