A Syracuse native’s third feature-length movie has made its international debut and is heading to select theaters and streaming platforms.

Screenwriter Michael M.B. Galvin’s latest film, “Adulthood,” premiered in early September at the Toronto International Film Festival. The film, which mixes dark comedy with suspenseful storytelling, follows two adult siblings who find a body in their parents’ basement and the chaos that ensues.
