NORRISTOWN — A Schwenksville man convicted of peering into a dressing room stall to view an unclothed adult female at a store at the King of Prussia Mall faces a period of probation and sex offender registration.
Paul Tyrone Owens, 34, of the unit block of Graterford Road, was convicted by a jury in Montgomery County Court of a misdemeanor charge of invasion of privacy in connection with an April 2024 incident at the Pacsun store at the mall in Upper Merion Township.
Judge Risa Vetri Ferman, who presided over the trial, sentenced Owens to one year of probation and ordered him to stay away from the mall and to have no contact with the victim.
Owens, who had no prior criminal record, also must undergo a psychosexual evaluation and comply with all recommendations for treatment.
