A federal court grand jury has indicted a former employee of the Missile Defense Agency accused of moving top-secret materials from MDA facilities to her personal residence and vehicle.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Ewa Maria Ciszak, 64, of Huntsville, was arrested and charged in late June with unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents. Prior to the arrest, Ciszak held a high-ranking security clearance, allowing access to materials relating to national defense.
