Recently, we had the opportunity to speak to two of the aviation industry's most influential figures, both of whom are currently playing a key role in helping recruit young talent into the aviation industry's pilot and mechanic career pipeline. The first of these figures was Doug Parker, the former CEO of American Airlines , who brought 35 years of experience in the commercial airline industry to the table.
