CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - A Cuyahoga County grand jury has indicted a 20-year-old man accused of fatally striking a woman riding her bike.

Prosecutors say Kamarion Jordan is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, operating a vehicle after underage alcohol consumption and operating a vehicle under the influence.

He was allegedly going 90 MPH in a 35 MPH zone at the time of the crash.

Yvonne Kemp, 51, was killed in the early morning hours of Sept. 16 after being struck by a car while turning off East 128th Street onto Kinsman Avenue.

Kemp died of blunt force injuries, according to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Jordan, who prosecutors say left the scene, crashed his vehicle again two blocks away.

Cleveland police later took him into custody.
