U.S. Senators Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock are pressing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem for more information regarding deaths in immigration detention centers.

The Senators sent a letter to the Secretary and acting Immigration and Customers Enforcement director Todd Lyons over delays in reporting two deaths in Georgia in ICE custody. They requested information on agency oversight of detention facilities and contractors.
