WARREN, Ohio - A local union of 150 workers from Insight in Warren is taking legal action against the hospital's owners.

As Insight has been trying to reopen, some members of the Service Employees International Union have been getting calls asking them if they want to come back but union reps say it hasn’t been going according to their contract. Members in the lab and imaging departments haven't been called in order of seniority and at least one person was told the job would require a 10 percent cut in pay from their previous salary before the hospital closed.

Now, SEIU District 1199 plans to file with the National Labor Relations Board for direct dealing and violation of their contract.
