The 0-3 New York Jets will look for their first win of head coach Aaron Glenn's tenure when they travel to play the 0-3 Miami Dolphins in Week 4. The Jets will do so with a battered defense that will be short-handed.

Per Rich Cimini of ESPN, linebacker Quincy Williams is being placed on injured reserve for a shoulder injury. The injury is not season-ending.

"LB Quincy Williams (shoulder) will be placed on IR, per source," Cimini posted on X. "Means he will miss at least 4 games. The good news is that it's not season ending. The bad news is that Williams is one of their best players, and this comes at a time when the defense is struggling."
