Lord of the Rings? More like Lord of the Rinks.

At this weekend’s Edmonton Expo, four of the star actors from the hit movie franchise “Lord of the Rings” arrived at their set rocking custom Edmonton Oilers jerseys.

Actors Sean Astin, Billy Boyd, Elijah Wood and Dominic Monaghan all went on stage wearing their Oilers sweaters, customized with their characters’ names from the movies.

The Edmonton Expo is a three-day event celebrating comics, sci-fi, horror, anime and gaming that brings in tens of thousands of fans annually.

As the four actors were introduced onto stage, they all came out in their Oilers gear and started dancing to the team’s unofficial theme song, “La Bamba,” before diving into their Q&A session.

Who knew The Shire had such a loyal Oilers fanbase?
