American Airlines' new Landline shuttle service between Rockford and O'Hare coming Oct. 20 looks like a luxury bus, but it doesn't act like one.

It acts more like a regional connecting flight between Rockford and O'Hare. It's booked like a connecting flight — you check in, check your bags and go through Rockford security like its a connecting flight. When you arrive at O'Hare in the motorcoach, it's as if your connecting flight had landed at the gate in Terminal 3 and you can hustle over to your next flight.
