FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A 32-year-old Fort Wayne man was sentenced Tuesday per a plea agreement that dismissed an attempted murder charge against him.

Michael Kelso pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal recklessness, one count of battery by bodily waste and a habitual offender enhancement.

A plea deal dismissed attempted murder, criminal confinement and resisting law enforcement charges against him in exchange.

The agreement left his sentence up to Allen Superior Court Judge Fran Gull.
