The last time Penn State and Oregon faced off in the Big Ten Championship game, the Nittany Lion defense was shredded.
Oregon put up 45 points and 469 yards, while Penn State’s tackling struggled (15 misses, per PFF ) and superstar pass rusher Abdul Carter was a non-factor in the backfield. That will all need to change in a big way if Penn State is to win in Saturday’s top-10 matchup in the White Out in Beaver Stadium.
