SPOKANE, Wash. – Spokane police arrested a woman for vandalizing 16 cars at a downtown auto dealership on September 19.
SPD said they responded to the dealership just before midnight, where they were told two people had been arguing nearby and one began throwing rocks at cars in the lot.
16 cars in total were found to have been damaged, SPD said some “extensively.” The initial estimate for repairs was $100,000.
Officers located a 34-year-old woman downtown the next day who matched the description and clothes from a security video of the incident. She was booked into the Spokane County Jail for 1st degree malicious mischief.
