HUNTINGTON, W.Va. –A man who is facing charges in connection to a murder in a 2022 shooting that left one man dead in Huntington had his bond revoked.

Kristopher Brown, of Huntington, appeared in Cabell County Circuit Court Tuesday. The defense requested for Brown’s bond to be reduced. However, the prosecution made a motion for the bond to be revoked; the judge granted that motion. Brown is charged with murder.

Brown is accused of shooting and killing Joseph Bryan in November 2022. Brown allegedly fired shots outside of Premier Pub and Grill on 4th Avenue. The bullet then struck Bryan who was working inside at D.P. Dough next door, killing him.
