WACO, Texas (KWTX) - Yesterday Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and President Donald Trump announced that the FDA will now notify physicians that using Tylenol during pregnancy could lead to an increased risk of autism in children.
Tylenol, or acetaminophen, has been used to help with pain and fevers for decades, especially in pregnant women and children.
According to local physicians, like Doctor Tim Martindale, it’s still the safest option, despite yesterday’s announcement.
