SCHENECTADY — A Schenectady man was arrested following a shots fired incident near Main Avenue and Holland Road on Monday, the Schenectady Police Department said in a release Tuesday evening.

Officers responded around 4:12 p.m., after multiple calls reported shots fired, and found a victim who reported that someone had fired at him from a vehicle after an earlier altercation. Investigators also discovered a Main Avenue residence struck by what appeared to be a shotgun round, according to the release.
