Jammu, Sep 23: No doubts there are now proved questions of harassment, intentional delay in public works, lasck of knowledge, malafides to harass general public & causing loss to Govt Exchequer to 100 of crores per month by way of Stamp Duty Fee & other taxes & stopping developments by not allowing sale/purchase of Gair Mumkin Khad nomenclature lands even in plain areas, where there is there even no Nallah adjoining to plots raised another question on integrity & work culture of such officers.
