BILLINGS, Mont. – The Montana Rescue Mission recently dismissed three employees following an investigation. Executive Director Matt Lundgren, Operations Coordinator Martin 'Tito' Albarran and Program Director Vanessa Bond were let go.

Despite the investigation, Board Member Eric Peterson declined to provide details about the firings. However, our team spoke with community members for more insight into the situation at the mission.

John French, a former resident at the Montana Rescue Mission, shared his perspective on the leadership under Lundgren. "It was ran by bullying, it was ran by fear," he said.
