A man found lurking with a gun near Donald Trump’s Florida golf course last year has been found guilty of attempted assassination, facing a maximum sentence of life in prison.
Ryan Routh appeared to try to stab himself with a pen several times after the verdict was read out, according to US media and court sketches, leading to chaos in the courtroom.
