Today’s Lineups

Here we go, folks. The final week of the 2025 regular major-league season, and the D-backs have a chance to make the post-season. It has been quite the roller-coaster ride. Before the year began, with the addition of Corbin Burnes and others, we were quite hopeful. But then injuries and poor performance took their toll, dragging the team down as low as eight games below .500 on August 1st. That was just after the team heavily sold at the deadline, and it seemed like everything was over. Yet, there will be meaningful baseball games played at Chase Field this week, in a highly unexpected turnaround. And a lot of scoreboard watching too…

Right now, things are going pretty, pretty well for the D-backs. The Pirates are holding on to a 4-2 lead over the Reds through six innings
