In a season where so many things have gone wrong, it’s only fitting the Braves have won 10 games in a row as we near the finish line. Atlanta reached its 10th straight win on Tuesday night, beating the Washington Nationals, 3-2, at Truist Park.
Four games remain in the 2025 season.
Hurston Waldrep made the start for the Braves and continued to throw well in what was likely his final start of 2025. The rookie righty worked six innings of one-run ball, striking out five while allowing five hits and four walks. If this is the end for Waldrep this season, he ends with a stellar 2.88 ERA since being called up on August 1. He has certainly given the club something to think about with the rotation in 2026.
