Tuesday’s episode of High Potential finally put a name to a handsome face — actually, make that two.

We’ll start with the Game Master ( David Giuntoli ), who was revealed to be Matthew Clark, a disgruntled genius who vowed revenge on the LAPD after his mother died in prison when he was young. But given how clever “Matthew” has proven himself thus far, can we really trust that we know everything about him now? Don’t be so sure.

“There’s always more to every story in this show,” showrunner Todd Harthan tells TVLine. “I don’t like to put periods at the end of sentences. There’s a huge possibility that this story has more life in it. It’s something we talk about a lot, and yes, every word coming out of his mouth should be taken with a grain of salt.” Related Stories
