Selinsgrove shut out by Central for third straight loss

SELINSGROVE — Even though Central Columbia had to play the majority of Tuesday's game without one of its best players in Gaige Gensemer, the Blue Jays weren't fazed by his loss.

Shortly after Gensemer's second yellow card turned into a red card at the 16:34 mark of the first half, Jacob Beagle and Torin Karns tallied goals for the Blue Jays in a 2-0 victory over Selinsgrove during a Heartland Athletic Conference crossover game at Harold L. Bolig Memorial Field.
