MAYVILLE, N.D. — Concordia beat Mayville State for just the second time ever and it took all five sets Tuesday night.

The Cobbers prevailed 16-25, 25-15, 25-18, 20-25, 15-9, thanks to three straight kills near the end of the match from Addy Klemin.

Kaili Malvey finished the match with one of her 13 kills. Mallory Leitner added nine kills while Betsy Schiltz had 37 assists.

Defensively, Becca Woody had a career-high 26 digs for Concordia (4-7).

The Cobbers host St. Catherine at 7 p.m. Friday.
