Days after Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping met in Tianjin, Chinese Ambassador to India Xu Feihong noted that Beijing-New Delhi relations have been “overwhelmingly defined by friendly cooperation" despite the ups and downs.
