BATAVIA — Batavia Homes & Development, Inc. is planning to build 30, market-rate, single-family homes at the end of Northpointe Drive. The city is considering a $1 million grant agreement with Genesee County to help with the cost of infrastructure.

The City Council on Monday night agreed to consider a resolution to approve the agreement with Genesee County.
