Tamil Nadu BJP President Nainar Nagendran on Wednesday criticised Chief Minister MK Stalin over the GST reforms, stating that he never appreciated schemes of the Central government and that GST decisions are made with the consent of all states.
Nagendran said that they are wrongly labelling the Central government schemes as “anti-people,” and stated that while the state receives 50 per cent of the GST revenue, the Centre funds road works, ration supplies, and other welfare schemes at no cost to the state.
