US President Donald Trump has never been shy about placing himself at the centre of the global stage. But in a candid pull-aside with French President Emmanuel Macron during the UN General Assembly, he admitted something rather...human.

On the thorny issue of the Russia-Ukraine war, Trump revealed, "I thought that would be the easiest one because of my relationship with Putin. But unfortunately, that relationship didn't mean anything"
