Greensboro College Athletics announced that its 2025 Hall of Fame Class will include the 2010 Pride softball team that featured former Iredell County high school players Heather Nellis and Hannah Pennell Wishon.

The 2010 Greensboro softball team enjoyed a historic run to the NCAA Tournament, capturing the USA South Conference Tournament Championship. Rebecca Pink and Pennell captured First Team All-Conference honors, while Brittany Parsons, Nellis, and Cyndel Henson earned Second Team All-Conference.

Pink also won USA South Player of the Year and the USA South Tournament MVP, while Pennell took home USA South Rookie Pitcher of the Year, and head coach Whitney Gelin earned USA South Conference Coach of the Year.
