Mumbai commuters can now enjoy a simpler and smarter way to travel across the city’s metro network with the launch of the OneTicket App on the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) network.

An official statement said that as the Mumbai Metro continues to grow rapidly, with the current 70 km network expected to reach 340 km, there was a pressing need for a unified ticketing system. Different lines are managed by different operators, often leading to confusion and multiple ticket purchases.
