Four new grocery stores have been confirmed for the Upstate, as Simpsonville, Mauldin, and Duncan have regional retail brands that are set to open or debut in 2026.

The largest grocer headed to Greenville will come by way of the County Square project, as Whole Foods is slated to be the primary tenant of the $1 billion project headed for 301 University Ridge.
