Trump says Tylenol causes autism and orders Americans to stop using it. Autism was first recognized as a disorder in 1911. Tylenol was invented in 1950. So unless Tylenol went back in time, such direct causation is factually impossible. And I think it can be stated that every American at some point in their lives has taken Tylenol, or at least their mothers have taken it. And not every American has Autism.
