Mama Guava

For a few months, Hawaii diners can find Mama Guava popping up in the old The Pig and The Lady location in Chinatown. Before beginning her own culinary journey, Monique Cadavona cooked alongside chef Andrew Le and his team — making this a homecoming unlike any other. Inspired by her Kalihi roots, her lunch pop-up will feature watermelon salad, tako poke and a unique Mo’s hot pot broth.
