A 'grimy' Birmingham takeaway has been shut down after an inspector discovered live cockroaches.
The city council carried out a routine visit to Ditta Fast Food on Walford Road, Sparkhill on Monday, September 22.
This morning, Wednesday, September 24, it sought a hygiene emergency prohibition order (HEPO) against operator Marhaba Kebabish to keep the business closed due to the conditions discovered.
