If you've been waiting for the perfect moment to head into the city to see a marching band, mark your calendars.

My Chemical Romance is stopping in Washington, D.C., in August 2026, with Modest Mouse scheduled to open the show.

The Aug. 18 stop at Nationals Park is just one of a series of new stops added to the ongoing "Long Live The Black Parade" tour. It's a celebration of the band's third studio album, which turns 20 years old next year.

The world tour started in Seattle back in July, and after several stops around the U.S., it's taking a brief hiatus until 2026.

Next year, the tour will pick up in South America in January. The band then heads to Southeast Asia, Mexico, Europe, and the U.S. again, ending in Los Angeles on October 24, 2026.
