Kodangal Dargah | Vikarabad/Hyderabad, Sept. 24 (Maxim News): Tension prevailed in Kodangal town of Vikarabad district after Muslim groups said that a Dargah and multiple graveyards were demolished during road widening works .

The incident has drawn sharp protests from local Muslim community leaders , who have filed a complaint with the police demanding immediate action against officials responsible.

According to community leaders, the structures were razed overnight as part of municipal road expansion activities in the town center.

They alleged that neither the Dargah committee nor families connected with the graveyards were informed beforehand. This, they said, amounted to a violation of both religious and community sent
