In a country with far-flung settlements and regional differences, fixating on a single solution isn’t the answer for mental health and addiction — but going to the federal government is a starting point, said Alberta Mental Health and Addiction Minister Rick Wilson.
Wilson said provincial and territorial leaders united to tackle big problems last Monday at a Banff meeting of ministers of mental health and addiction from around the country,
