At least one person is dead and two others are in critical condition after a shooting at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office in Dallas Wednesday morning, according to the Dallas Police Department. The shooter is dead, authorities said.

Acting ICE Director Todd Lyons confirmed the shooting during an interview on CNN on Wednesday, saying the shooter died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The facility is located along I-35E, just southwest of Dallas Love Field Airport. Law enforcement officials said ATF and FBI agents were on scene to assist DPD in the investigation.
