A road was closed after a man was hit by a bus.

Police and paramedics were called to Hereson Road, Ramsgate, shortly after 12.30pm today.

Police say the man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.

The road was closed while emergency services attended but has since been reopened.

It is understood the man’s injuries are not life-changing or life-threatening.
