Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District 24 (MUD 24) is gearing up for its Annual National Night Out Community Block Party, taking place Tuesday, October 7, 2025, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the NWHC MUD 24 Activity Building, 14446 Hollister St., Houston, TX 77066.

The annual event is part of a nationwide initiative to strengthen neighborhood ties, encourage community engagement, and highlight public safety. Residents will have the opportunity to meet local law enforcement, fire, and EMS personnel, explore emergency vehicles, and watch live demonstrations of life-saving equipment.

Planned activities include:

Touch-a-Truck Station with police cruisers, fire engines, and ambulances.

Safety Services offering Child ID and fingerprinting for children.
