SALT LAKE CITY (ABC4) — A new batch of confirmed measles cases in Northern Utah have brought Utah's total case count to 41 in 2025.

According to the Utah Department of Health and Human Services, the state has confirmed four more cases of measles. The new cases come from the Bear River Health Department, which comprises Box Elder and Cache counties.

Currently, the DHHS measles dashboard shows only four health departments as having confirmed cases including Southwest Utah, Southeast Utah, and Utah County.

The Southwest region has the highest case count with 27 confirmed cases. Utah County is reporting seven cases, and the Southeast region has three cases.
