Police are chasing a tractor-trailer driver in Southern California on Wednesday.

Fontana police said the big rig was possibly stolen and could be tied to a kidnapping, NBCLA reported . A passenger in the vehicle said they were not being let out.

The pursuit started in Fontana and continued into Fullerton and Buena Park. The driver has traveled on and off freeways, aerial footage showed.

The footage also showed the vehicle briefly came to a halt at one point before taking off again.
