Geneva Ann Hooten-Cahoon, 67, of San Saba, Texas, passed peacefully into her eternal home on September 22, 2025. A visitation for Geneva will be held from 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025 at the First Assembly of God in San Saba, Texas, a funeral service will follow beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Wallace Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Blaylock Funeral Home in San Saba.

Born February 8, 1958, in San Saba to Ruby Imogene Creek and Kirby Walker Hooten, Geneva was the beloved youngest of ten children. Raised as an honest rancher’s daughter, she was proud of her country roots and carried those values of hard work, integrity, and neighborly kindness throughout her life.
