The Hill's Cate Martel reports that a shooter opened fire at the Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) field office this morning, killing one victim and wounding two others. The suspect is dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem said this morning.
